Returns & Delivery


It is an essential job for us to make sure we deliver our customer's orders complete and on schedule. We know that for some of our customers, time is a very valuable thing and we want to make sure it is not wasted. That is why we have chosen UPS Exclusively for our main shipping carrier.

These are the Delivery Methods UPS offers:

UPS 2nd Day Air

● Delivery within 2 business days for orders placed by 12 P.M.PST

UPS Next Day Air

● Next business day delivery for orders placed by 12 P.M.PST

● Allow one additional day for Hawaii and Alaska


Shipping rates will vary depending upon amount orders, and delivery method chosen by the customer. Please keep in mind the handling time, wich is 2 business days.

All orders will ship with in 2 business days when all the items are in-stock. Usually if we receive the orders before 5:00 PM PST there is a higher chance that your order will be shipped out the next business day, as long as all the itmes are in-stock. If you urgently need your order, you can always make a special request to our sales representative by leaving us a comment on the check-out box or by via e-mail/fax/telephone.


If the items that you've purchased are out of stock, it will be placed as a back order. This means we will ship it out as soon as we restock. Our shipping department will always contact you regarding this issue and you may decide to keep it as a backorder, exchange it with something else, or cancel it.

You might receive more than one shipment to complete your order. Our merchandise is imported from China, please contact us for new arrival dates.


Even though our main carrier is UPS, we do offer other carriers exclusively for our international customers. We can work with any shipping company that you trust for your convenience. Please keep in mind that using other carries might take longer than the usual.


We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If there is any problem with any of our products, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. We will only refund or exchange defective goods.

All returns & exchange orders must be notified within 7 days upon receiving the order.

Return refunds will be issued back after we received the items and after they are inspected by our Return/Exchange Department. Items must be returned in its original condition always.


We will not refund or any times if it was...

• Worn
• Washed
• Altered
• Snagged
• Ripped
• Stained(i.e. Make-Up)
• Ordors(i.e. cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.)
• Or any other damage caused by the receiver.


All returns must have a Return Authorization Numbers(RA#)

Once you notify us with your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Please add the Return Authorization Number on the return box before you ship it out. This way we will be able to issue the refund faster without any confusion.

We recommend you to send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges, including rush charges.


If you received a damage item, please take a photograph of the damage and send us an E-mail as soon as possible. Once we receive this notice we will contact you can provide you with a Return Authorization Number as a reference to your return request. This process must be done within 5 days upon receiving the order.


If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. Always revise your order before you check out.
